Amit kumar, Yogeshwar Dutt Qualify for London Olympics 2012

Indian wrestlers Amit Kumar (55kg) and Yogeshwar Dutt (60kg) have become the first wrestlers from India to qualify for the London Olympics 2012.In the 55 kg category, Amit Kumar beat Japan's Yumoto Shinchi in the final round and won the gold. In the 60 kg category, Yogeshwar Dutt lost to Iran's Esmail Poorjouybari Masoud Mahmoud  in the final to get the silver. Sushil Kumar failed to qualify for London Olympics. He got the bronze in 66 kg category. Bouts for 120 kg freestyle and all weight categories of Greco roman style and women's wrestling will be held on Saturday and Sunday. Other Indians in fray, Narsingh Yadav (74kg), Pawan Kumar (84kg) and Mausam Khatri (96kg) could not make an impression. The finalists in each weight category in this event will make the London Olympics.The Asian Qualifying tournament is currently going in Astana, Kazakhstan.
