Bhupathi-Bopanna crash out of Olympics

Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna crashing out of the men's doubles event in the Olympic Games against a wild card pair at the Wimbledon courts, losing in straight sets to French pair of Julien Benneteau and Richard Gasquet, in London on Tuesday. The final result was 6-3, 6-4 in favour of the Frenchmen as they closed out the match in only 77 minutes. It was a tough match for the Bhupathi-Bopanna pair after its grueling three-setter against Belarusian pair of Max Mirnyi and Alexander Bury. Bhupathi and Bopanna, who were at loggerheads with the AITA and arm-twisted the parent body into sending them as a pair, were no match for Gasquet and Benneteau -- both of whom are singles specialists.
We Know this is not a good time to discuss but, Didn't Pes-Bhupathi was the best option which could have bring Medal for Nation if they have put Personal Ego and Problem for country just for 1 week ? They could have solved Personal problem whole life but Tennis have hardly 3-4 years, as both are 35+ in age !!!

  1. Result of bringing politics and groupism in the game ahead of national interests. AITA should ban these two now to prevent the recurrence of such nuisances.
